Your password expires every 90 days. Make sure your verification method is set up so you can reset it quickly.

Changing the Password

Once you log in to Okta successfully, you should change the default password by clicking on settings under your name, then clicking edit profile, and following the validation rules.

  2. It must be at least fourteen characters long.
  3. It cannot contain your username.
  4. It cannot be a password that you have previously used.

If you have Login Issues, first:

  1. Make sure it has been at least 48 hours since you were accepted before your account is created.
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Log in to Okta, enter your GNTC student email address, click Next, then Forgot Password.

If you need assistance with accessing MyGNTC to find your new address or accessing your email, please submit a Student Help Form or contact the Student Help Center at 866-983-4682.

Password resets can take 24-48 business hours, so please attempt to change your password via the reset options in Okta first.

Please submit a Student Help Form if you are having issues logging in.
