GNTC will host a Free Application Week June 1-5 to help those who are seeking to enroll in the 2026 fall semester. GNTC will waive the $25 application fee for all incoming students who apply June 1-5. Applicants should enter the code JUNE26 to waive the fee.
Raven Dallas, a Summerville resident, is pursuing her associate degree in Early Childhood Care and Education at GNTC. She was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).
GNTC has announced the spring 2026 recipients of the Roper Corporation Scholarship are Tammy Chandler and Salvador Hernandez. Chandler lives in Trion and is a student in the Computer Support Specialist program at the Walker County Campus; Hernandez resides in Summerville and studies Automation Technology at the Catoosa County Campus.

The Commencement Ceremony for students in GNTC’s Business and Cyber related technology programs and Nursing and Health Technology programs will begin at noon, and the Commencement Ceremony for students in GNTC’s Industrial and Public Service programs will take place at 4 p.m.
Eight students high school students committed to pursuing a technical education during a signing event hosted by GNTC. This year marks GNTC’s third time participating in the National Career and Technical Education (CTE) Letter of Intent Signing Day, which was held on April 30 at the Gordon County Campus in Calhoun.
