Seventeen-year-old Jasper Byrd’s career decisions mapped his path to the Diesel Equipment Technology program at GNTC.

GNTC is hosting an Open House at all six campuses to provide an opportunity to learn more about the programs offered at GNTC, tour the facilities and meet faculty and staff. The event will take place on Thursday, July 10, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

While Abby Davenport, Daniel Illangovan and Dean White were high school seniors, they were also earning associate degrees at Georgia Northwestern Technical College.

GNTC's Automation Engineering Technology program prepares students to design, implement and troubleshoot automated industrial processes on robotic equipment and other automated systems. The program is housed at GNTC’s Whitfield Murray Campus in Dalton.
