Career Services

The Office of Career Services offers job search assistance to GNTC students and graduates. Assistance is provided in the following areas: employment leads; on-campus recruiting and interviewing services; resume and cover letter preparation; interview training; career outlook information; and Internet job search information. Career Services staff also works closely with GNTC program faculty and with area businesses and industry to ensure that students and graduates are offered opportunities for employment in their programs of study.

The Career Services Coordinator is located on the Floyd County Campus but is available to visit other campuses as requested. For immediate assistance, please view the Job Search Tools or select the Job Board link below to access Handshake. View our Job Board to access open positions in our service area. Students have access to GNTC’s Career Center through the job board to schedule appointments, access career resources, find employer collections, and see highlighted events.

Employers can connect with GNTC after creating a free profile through Handshake to post current and future positions to our students and alumni.
