Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) will host the Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) State Board Meeting Wednesday, June 4, through Thursday, June 5, at the Floyd County Campus in Rome.
State Board Members, TCSG Leadership, presidents from other TCSG colleges and special guests will take part in the meeting. On Wednesday, June 4, committee meetings will be held for Academic Affairs, External Affairs and Economic Development; Operations, Finance and Planning; Adult Education; Facilities and Real Estate; and Governance, Compliance and Audit.
The group will tour GNTC’s Culinary Arts, Health and Industrial Technologies labs and programs.
On Thursday, June 5, meetings will include an Executive Committee Meeting, Committee of the Whole and a General Session.
Georgia Northwestern Technical College provides quality workforce education to the citizens of northwest Georgia.
