Rocky Spurlock holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, as well as an Associate Degree in Computer Network Specialist from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. Currently, Rocky serves as the CIST Program Director and Instructor at Georgia Northwestern Technical College and specializes in web design and cybersecurity, where he has been teaching since 2009.
