LaRae, a Georgia Northwestern Technical College alumna with a diploma in Business and Office Technology, began her GNTC career as a work-study student. Following graduation, she joined the Youth Success Academy as an instructional aide. With over 21 years of full-time service, LaRae remains dedicated to student success, finding fulfillment in helping students grasp challenging concepts.
