Julie Beck earned a diploma in Information and Office Technology from GNTC in 1990 and an Associate Degree in Business from Georgia Highlands in 2004. She joined the Accounting Department as an Accounts Payable Technician in April 2025. With many years of experience in state, city, and county government sectors, her background includes a strong focus on accounts payable processes and vendor relations.
