Jill West began teaching at GNTC in 2016. With a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degrees in education and IT, she specializes in designing courses for popular IT certifications, presenting at conferences on IT education, and mentoring lifelong student learners in IT. Jill authors several Cengage courses in computer networking, cloud computing, Microsoft Office, and introductory level computing. She maintains a wide range of IT industry certifications from CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, and PMI.
