Official Transcripts
Request official GED® and HiSET transcripts and diplomas from TCSG.
If you are a current student – Begin your transcript order by logging into your MyGNTC account. Official transcripts are issued on security paper, or in a secure electronic format, and cannot be faxed.
If you are a former student or are having issues accessing your MyGNTC account – Please place an order for your transcript from Parchment, our third-party processing company.
The standard processing fee for each transcript, in either format (secure electronic or security paper), is $10.00. Transcripts cannot be issued to a student whose record indicates a financial obligation to the college or a student who has a hold of any kind of their account. Georgia Northwestern Technical College is no longer accepting transcript orders via fax or email. If an official transcript is delivered in person, it must be in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution.

What if I need additional assistance?
Please call the Parchment Customer Service Department at 847-716-3005 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm (CSD/CDT) on Fridays. A Parchment representative will be happy to assist you.
