Georgia Northwestern Technical College offers credit courses in over 200 degrees, diplomas, and certificates in the areas of Aviation and Industrial Technologies, Business and Cyber-Related Technologies, Nursing and Health Technologies, and Public Service Technologies. Be sure to check out our catalog to see everything we have available. We also have convenient course offerings with day, evening, and online schedules. Many courses in our programs are offered either partially or completely online. Not sure online classes are for you? We offer three different delivery methods for our online courses including; Online, Hybrid, and Web-Enhanced. A lot of our courses are offered on more than one campus. We have something for everyone. GNTC also has a variety of academic resources to help you reach your educational goals including Accessibility Services for students who need to request accommodations or academic adjustments, exemption testing opportunities, library services, and tutoring services.

  • Adult Education
    The Adult Education program offers instruction in Adult Learning Centers throughout its service area. Instructional areas include preparation for High School Equivalency exams (GED® and HiSET®), adult secondary education, adult basic education, and English as a Second Language. Centers have modern computer labs, study materials and resources, and professional adult education staff with day and evening programs. Classes operate year-round on the Georgia Northwestern Technical College calendar for fall, spring, and summer semesters.
  • Advisement
    Advisement is a vital part of your academic career here at GNTC. You will meet with an advisor when you first start at Georgia Northwestern. We recommend meeting with an advisor every registration until you complete your program.
  • Articulation Agreements
    Are you looking to continue your education after graduating from GNTC? We have numerous articulation agreements with other colleges. An articulation agreement is an agreement to transfer credits from one educational institution to another. Students can complete a program, credential, certificate, or degree without taking duplicate courses.
  • High School Programs
    High school students have a fantastic opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school through our Dual Enrollment program. The best part is tuition and most fees are covered for eligible students in the program. Be sure to visit the High School Programs page for more information.
