Dr. Watt graduated with a BA and MBA from Winthrop University and an EdD from the University of Georgia. He holds a number of certifications in IT/CIS including MCSE, CCST, Security+, CCP, COI, Network+, and many others. He has worked as an IT consultant, senior programmer/analyst in private industry, and managed IT at a technical college. He has written a textbook on COBOL and written several other papers.
