Kathleen Pichardo named GNTC’s 2027 EAGLE Award winner

Kathleen Pichardo, of Dalton, has been chosen to represent GNTC at the Dinah Culbreath Wayne EAGLE (Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education) Leadership Institute state competition March 8-10, 2027, at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia.

21 GNTC students earn 32 Cisco certifications

Twenty-one GNTC students recently earned 32 Cisco certifications. Dr. Dwight Watt, instructor of Computer Information Systems Technology at GNTC, said he administered 32 certification tests for Cisco Certified Support Technician to GNTC students, and all of the students passed all of their exams. CCST certifications may be earned in Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT) Support and Networking.
