Welcome to the Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s Office provides an important link between academic policies of Georgia Northwestern Technical College and our academic departments and students. Our office is responsible for issuing transcripts and enrollment verifications; evaluating transcripts; graduation services; and conducting registration. The office of the Registrar offers information and resources for current students, prospective students, faculty, and staff.

It is also the responsibility of the Registrar’s Office to maintain accurate and secure records of all students. For the protection of student’s rights to privacy, the Registrar’s Office ensures the College’s compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
