Welcome to GNTC Student Email
Georgia Northwestern Technical College and the TCSG have partnered with Microsoft Live@Edu to provide campus sponsored student email accounts. This is the OFFICIAL address for all communications from the school. Student accounts are created after your GNTC application is reviewed by the admissions office. This process runs twice a day, so typically you will have a new student email within 24 hours barring unforeseen interruptions in this process.
Student email addresses will be assigned through the student BannerWeb system.
(If you do not know your GNTC student email, start by logging in to the banner student web system. Under the Personal Information tab, click on the Personal Information link. Next, click the view email addresses link. You will see your GNTC assigned student email address displayed here. The email account will be in the form of: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Your initial logon password will be your 6 digit date of birth with no separator characters, and you will be prompted to change it upon initial login. You will also be asked to provide a security question which will be used to reset your password should you ever forget it. BE SURE TO ENTER AN ALTERNATE EMAIL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. In the event you have forgotten your password, this will allow the system to email you a new password for your GNTC account to your alternate email address. This is much faster than getting in touch with your resource contact.
Student email can be accessed by going to: https://www.outlook.com/students.gntc.edu and logging in.

Student Email Sign-In
You must sign-in with your email@example.com Passport account. Do not use Hotmail or any other Passport account.
