Interested persons should contact an Adult Learning Center for information on class times, registration, new student orientation, and placement testing. Adult Education classes operate on the GNTC Academic Calendar, so the best time to enroll is at the beginning of a semester.
Literacy Volunteers Are Needed
Community volunteer opportunities in GNTC’s Adult Education Programs include helping adults with beginning reading, English skills, and math concepts. A commitment of as little as two hours a week can make a difference in the life of an adult who has returned to school. Volunteers must have at least a high school diploma or GED® credential and possess a "degree of caring." Those interested should contact the nearest Adult Learning Center below for more information.
