Economic Development Services
The objective of the Office of Economic Development of Georgia Northwestern Technical College is to improve workforce skills by delivering short-term, non-credit training to the citizens and organizations of Northwest Georgia. The services include customized industrial and organizational development training, Quick Start training assistance, Continuing Education courses, ACT Profiles, Assessments, KeyTrain Gap Education (ACT WorkKeys system), and business start-up assistance at the Business Expansion Center (BEC). The Georgia Retraining Tax Credit program is administered by the Office of Economic Development.
