Obtaining Transcripts and Enrollment Information
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for issuing transcripts and enrollment verifications.
Transcripts may be requested in the Help Centers at each campus or by logging into MyGNTC and ordering the official transcript online.
Official transcripts requested in the Help Centers require a written release with the student's signature in order to comply with the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Written requests must include: student’s name (including former name, if applicable), address, telephone number, dates of attendance, address where transcript is to be mailed and student’s signature. Requests for academic transcripts are processed within three to five business days. The transcript must remain sealed in the envelope to be considered official. There is a $7.50 charge for official transcripts.
Official transcripts can be ordered by logging into MyGNTC and accessing the link under the Student Records tab. Unofficial transcripts are free and can be obtained under the same MyGNTC tab.
Enrollment verifications may be requested in the Help Centers at each campus or by downloading and completing an Enrollment Verification Form. Enrollment verifications are issued after the drop/add period of the quarter in which the student is requesting verification. Enrollment verifications include previous semesters attended, current enrollment status, expected date of graduation, and student’s chosen major. There is a three day processing time for verifications. Enrollment verifications must be requested for each semester of attendance. There is no charge for enrollment verifications.
