Message from the Campus Manager
Welcome to the Whitfield Murray Campus of Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) located at the Northwest Georgia College and Career Academy at 2300 Maddox Chapel Rd. The combination of these two schools brings a unique offering to both the high school student as well as the traditional college student. Serving both Whitfield and Murray counties, everyone has the opportunity to complete a certificate, diploma or associates degree from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. High school students who have earned proper credits and reached testing standards can complete a certificate in their field of interest. This certificate can be expanded to a diploma or associates degree at GNTC after graduation or take the credits with them to many other two and four year institutions. Students can choose from many programs which include Computer Support, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Electronics and Industrial Systems. General Education classes such as Math, English, Psychology and Reading are also offered. All these programs and classes are offered day, evening, online and hybrid to meet the needs of our currently employed students.
